CoTrackPro Talk — SMS Notifications & Consent

CoTrackPro Talk is an account and transactional SMS program operated by CoTrackPro, LLC. It is not a marketing program — we use SMS only to help you sign in and to keep you informed about activity on your own account. This page explains what we send, how to opt in and out, and the consent you provide when you enroll.

What we send

If you opt in, CoTrackPro Talk may send you the following types of account and transactional messages:

• Sign-in & verification codes — one-time passcodes used to verify your identity when you log in.
• Missed-call notifications — alerts when someone tries to reach you on CoTrackPro Talk.
• Scheduled-call reminders — reminders ahead of a call you have arranged.
• Transcript & account alerts — notices that a transcript is ready or that something on your account needs attention.
• Contact invites — notifications when you are invited to connect with a contact.

Your consent

When you enroll via the web checkbox at signup, this is the exact disclosure shown next to the checkbox. The box is unchecked by default — you must actively check it to opt in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use CoTrackPro and CoTrackPro Talk without agreeing to receive SMS, and you can opt out at any time (see below).

How to opt in

There are two ways to opt in to CoTrackPro Talk SMS:

• Web checkbox at signup — during signup at https://talk.cotrackpro.com, enter your mobile number and check the consent box shown above (unchecked by default).
• Text to subscribe — text START or SUBSCRIBE to (314) 394-8500.

Message frequency, rates & opting out

• Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your account activity.
• Message & data rates may apply. These come from your mobile carrier, not from CoTrackPro.
• Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from CoTrackPro Talk SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. You may also email admin@cotrackpro.com.

Privacy of your mobile data

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent are used only to operate the CoTrackPro Talk SMS program described on this page. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
